        Every drill comes with its own rounds and rest. You get a 10-second countdown to reach the bag, then a bell and a buzz at every change.

        One minute on the bag. A straight answer.

          Put your phone on a stand with a side-front view, your whole body and the bag in frame. Record one minute.

          Send

          Sign in with Google once. The app uploads the clip over an encrypted connection, and it's deleted right after it's rated.

          Improve

          Get a score from 1 to 10, your strong points, your weak points with timestamps, and three things to work on next.

        Drills and the timer work with no sign-up. You sign in with Google only to rate videos, so there's no new password.

        Good questions

        Do I need equipment?

        Many drills need only space to move, like shadowboxing, in-and-out, pivots and plyo push-ups. Others use a heavy bag, double-end bag, jump rope, med ball, agility ladder or barbell. Each drill shows what it needs.

        What's free?

        One drill in each skill area and one bag work rating a month. Boxing Coach Pro unlocks all 16 drills and up to 3 ratings a day for €7.99 a month or €49.99 a year. You subscribe in Google Play and can cancel there any time.

        Do I need an account?

        Only to rate videos or subscribe to Pro. You sign in with your Google account, so there's nothing new to remember. Free drills, animations and the timer work without signing in.

        How do I get a good rating video?

        Use a phone stand, film from the side-front, and keep your whole body and the bag in frame for about one minute. Good light helps.

        Who can see my videos?

        No one browses them. A clip is analyzed only to create your rating and is deleted right after. The privacy policy explains every step.

        Is the training safe for me?

        Train at your own risk. Warm up first, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Check with a doctor before you start if you have an injury or a health condition.

        How do I delete my account?

        In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. It's deleted right away. You can also ask us to delete it without the app.

        Does it work offline?

        Yes for the drills, animations and round timer. Rating a video needs an internet connection.

        Is there an iPhone version?

        Android comes first. An iPhone version is planned.
