Delete your account
Boxing Coach by Kineto-Soft
In the app
- Open Boxing Coach and tap Settings on the home screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Choose your Google account, so we know it's you.
Your account is deleted right away. If you have Boxing Coach Pro, deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
Without the app
Email info@kineto-soft.com from the Google account you used in the app, with the subject "Delete my Boxing Coach account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Everything our server stores about your account: your Google account ID, your email address, the date you first signed in, and your rating counts for today and this month.
- When you delete in the app, the rating history on your phone too.
- Nothing about your account.
- Server logs (IP address and time of requests) are deleted after 30 days anyway.
- Ratings you reported stay, because reports aren't linked to any account.
Videos are never kept: each one is deleted right after it's rated. See the privacy policy for details.
